Trade Program
Welcome to Laurie’s Home Furnishings.
We are happy to include you in our simple trade program. However, you must first
understand and agree to the following program qualifications.
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
The following documents are required to qualify for our trade program. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Business card
Website URL
Copy of current tax ID certificate
Business EIN
PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
● Trade discount is 20% off regular priced merchandise.
● Discount applies to dealers/designers only.
● Your discount is non-transferable. Your family, friends, neighbors and clients are not entitled to it.
● Items marked ”Sale” or “Opportunity Buy” receive no trade discount. Discounts cannot be
combined.
● Any form of payment made for goods purchased, must be in the designer’s name.
● All items must be purchased at time of order and all Will Call items need to be picked up within 7
days.
● ALL FURNITURE SALES ARE FINAL. Please inspect your purchases carefully. All “issues” are to
be handled by the designer/dealer.
● We use a 3rd party for delivery and strongly suggest if you are purchasing larger pieces you
consider utilizing the delivery service. If you choose to pick up your own goods, please arrange a
pick-up time with our staff. We do not provide ropes, blankets, etc.
● Failure to abide by this agreement could result in termination.
The qualifications are subject to change at any given time and we deserve the right to revoke eligibility.
